Educational use

Lessons, examples, market news, alerts, calculators and AI answers are educational information, not personalized investment, financial, tax or trading advice. We do not execute trades. Examples and projections are illustrative; financial markets involve loss risk.

Availability and accuracy

News, alerts and market information may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Check source timestamps and listing currencies. AI answers may be wrong; verify material claims independently. Features and coverage depend on service availability, licensed data and permitted territories.

Subscriptions

Optional Plus and Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google. The store purchase screen states your localized price, billing period and renewal terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the relevant store. Annual billing grants monthly AI allowances, not the entire year's answers at once. Daily and monthly limits are shown in the app.

Manage cancellation in your store settings; restore an existing purchase in Plans. Cancellation normally preserves verified access until expiry, subject to store status. Refunds follow the relevant store process and applicable consumer rights. Deleting your InvestHike account does not cancel a store subscription.

Downgrading preserves existing records; excess alerts may pause and new records may be limited by your plan. Provider failures do not justify an upgrade and incomplete answers do not consume an answer allowance.

Your account and content

Keep account access secure, use the service lawfully, and do not submit sensitive personal information to the assistant. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits or other users' ownership. You retain responsibility for the content you choose to submit.

Support and consumer rights

Report harmful or incorrect AI answers in the app. Contact support@investhike.com for service issues. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Review material changes to these terms before continuing to use affected services.

Third-party news and external sources

InvestHike aggregates links, headlines and summaries from third-party publishers and data services for informational and educational use. Original reports and opinions belong to their respective sources. Inclusion does not imply endorsement. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness or continued availability. Headlines and summaries may omit context; check the linked original report and source timestamp before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvestHike disclaims warranties concerning third-party news and is not liable for losses arising from reliance on that content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This provision does not excuse our own legal obligations or authorize use of another party's intellectual property.

For a correction, attribution concern or rights complaint, contact support@investhike.com with the source URL, affected item and description of the issue. We will review substantiated reports and correct or remove content where appropriate.

Plan allowances

Guest, signed-in Free, Plus and Pro include access to all tools with different capacity and usage allowances shown in the app. AI, alerts and cloud backup require sign-in. Daily feature allowances reset at midnight UTC; AI billing-period allowances are displayed separately. Cached records remain readable after a limit or downgrade. An upgrade does not guarantee third-party data availability. Store checkout shows the localized price, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store where you subscribed; restore purchases in the app.
